Wiktoria Urbanik
Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Psychologist
I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist currently undergoing a four-year psychotherapy training program at the Krakow Psychodynamic Centre. The training is accredited by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
I provide consultations for children, adolescents, and adults. My work is regularly supervised, and I continuously expand my professional competencies by participating in courses, conferences, and training programs.
Recently, I completed training on “Prevention, diagnosis and therapy of digital addictions among children and adolescents”, as well as a series of lectures conducted by Dr. L. Kalita. I gained professional experience, among others, at the Crisis Intervention Center in Kraków, the Department of Psychotherapy at the Jagiellonian University, and the psychiatric inpatient ward at the University Hospital in Kraków. My primary therapeutic approach is psychodynamic psychotherapy. In my work, creating a safe and supportive space for clients is essential. I work with people who are seeking help with ongoing life difficulties as well as those who have recently experienced challenging or overwhelming situations. I use various therapeutic techniques while always following professional and ethical standards. I most often work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and depressive episodes.

I also conduct psychological assessments and provide professional opinions. I specialize in ADHD diagnosis.
I gained my professional experience in psychiatric wards at the University Hospital in Krakow, primarily in the Day Ward for Treatment and Rehabilitation of Psychosis and the Psychogeriatric Day Ward. In addition, I completed a psychotherapy internship at the Male Inpatient Ward OP III at Dr. Józef Babiński Hospital in Krakow.
A professional approach is very important to me; therefore, my work is regularly supervised, and I follow the principles of the Code of Ethics for Psychologists and Psychotherapists. I regularly participate in training to continuously develop my professional qualifications. The therapeutic relationship is of key importance to me, which is why I ensure a sense of comfort and safety during sessions.
I provide psychological support, conduct psychodynamic psychotherapy, and offer sexology consultations. I also specialize in ADHD diagnosis in adults, as well as personality assessment.

Emilia Mądry
Psychologist, ADHD Diagnostician
I am a psychologist providing consultations for children and adolescents. I support young people in coping with emotional difficulties, developmental crises, and situations of intense stress, helping them better understand their emotions and build more adaptive coping strategies.
I work with both children and teenagers who experience, among others, difficulties in peer relationships, low mood, anxiety, school-related problems, or sudden and challenging life events. An important part of my work is also cooperation with parents, whom I support in better understanding their child’s needs and in building a supportive relationship.
I have completed training in Crisis Intervention organized by the Centre for Postgraduate Studies and Training at SWPS University, as well as training in Rational Behavior Therapy, developing my competencies in working with individuals experiencing psychological crises and intense stress. I am currently starting postgraduate studies in Psycho-oncology at the Postgraduate Medical Training Centre of Jagiellonian University Medical College. I gained professional experience, among others, during internships at Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital, in the Hematology and Radiotherapy departments, where I supported patients in coping with the psychological burden related to illness, as well as at Allmedica Psychological Support Center for Children and Adolescents.
In my work, I am guided by an individual approach, empathy, and attentiveness. It is particularly important to me to create a safe space where a young person can feel understood and freely express their emotions. I continuously develop my competencies by participating in training and conferences, and I regularly undergo professional supervision.
